hedgehog

Last night i went out into the back garden to
photograph stars and on the way back in tripped over this
rather cute hedgehog - i felt bad about it
fortunately he seemed to recover
and after his photoshoot scuttled off to a dark spot to hide
this morning he is gone

a great experience
who would have thought that watching a hedgehog breathe
would be awe inspiring

beautiful light

i had the back door open earlier
and noticed that the light had changed
when i looked out the rain came on and this
beautiful rainbow appeared
i just had to go out even in the rain and take a shot
well worth it - i do like a rainbow

End of the month treat

my rootbeer arrived today
i bought it through amazon
i serendipitiously discovered an american soda shop on the UK sight
and couldn't resist
they were £1.50 /$2.25 a bottle
well worth it in my view and delivered to my door
i am so looking forward to drinking them
and no doubt taking photos of the bottles and caps
